Greater payloads, higher efficiency

We continue to invest in the equipment needed to suit our customers’ specific requirements. Our tridem service runs between Ontario and Quebec and from Ontario/Quebec to Western Canada. The extra axle allows for an increased payload of over 10,000 lbs. per trailer and is ideally suited for dense cargo like spring water and canned goods.

We introduced this new “heavier haul” service in response to our Canadian customers’ feedback for the additional weight requirements. Not only do our clients get to better utilize each trailer, there is a positive effect on the environment by creating fewer emissions by using fewer trailers to haul your cargo.

HEATED TRIDEM SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE ACROSS CANADA

Our recent addition of heated tridem vans was in direct response to customers needing greater payloads and “protect from freezing” service. According to Kirk Kalinitchenko, President and CEO of Highlight Motor Group, “The secret to our success is listening to our customers and responding with the equipment and the services they need. We are proud to partner with our customers and grow with them into the future.”

These new heated tridems are in addition to an already significant fleet of tandem and tridem dry vans, reefers, tailgate equipped expedited power and 5 ton P&D units. Our late model Volvo fleet, flying our bold Highlight Motor Group colours, can be seen on the highways throughout North America. Our continued investment to modernize and grow our fleet has ranked us in the top ten fastest growing carriers in Canada for 2016.
